- Returns on clothing, shoes, jewelry & accessories WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE for a STORE CREDIT. We do not offer exchanges or refunds! All INITIMATES & SWIMWEAR are considered FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return guidelines.
- All "HOME DECOR" items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return guidelines.
- All "SALE" items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return guidelines. This includes our Lil Bee's Clothing Style Boxes! All "SALE" shoes will be shipped WITHOUT their boxes.
- Store credits will be issued as a one time use discount code for your returned item(s) once they are received at our distribution center. This code cannot be combined with other discount codes. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received at our distribution center. Your store credit code covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Lil Bee's Bohemian does not credit original shipping charges.
- Discount/Promo Codes ~ only ONE discount code can be used at checkout. You can not combine discount codes to receive multiple promotions.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- All items must be returned in NEW condition. This means items must be unworn, unwashed, odor & pet hair free, must not have deodorant, make up or food stains in order to be eligible for store credit. When returning shoes, please DO NOT return with tape & shipping labels stuck to the actual shoe box. The shoe box MUST BE returned in a mailing box or wrapped in paper. If any of the return items are found in the above conditions, we will return the item to you and you are required to pay the shipping.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Please email email@example.com for assistance before returning.

Please include your filled out returns slip or a note in your package with your Name, Address, Phone Number and a brief description of what you are requesting. Packages sent back without a note will receive a store credit code to the email you provided at time of checkout
Cancellation Policy ~ Can I Cancel My Order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our return policy.
Shipping & Processing
Once retail orders are placed, the items will be shipped in 24-48 unless otherwise notified. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make arrangements to rush your items. Orders placed after 5PM EST on Friday's will be processed Monday.
If an order is shipped from Lil Bee's Bohemian to an incorrect address that you as the customer provided, you as the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping. Lil Bee's Bohemian WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. Lil Bee's Bohemian WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
- Once a package is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands if a package is lost. Lil Bee's Bohemian will not be held responsible. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to USPS here.
All packages sent out have GPS tracking information embedded in the barcode.
- If an item states "delivered" but you did not receive you will need to contact your local post office in the event that they mistakenly stated the package as delivered, but still have it in their possession. If the package does not turn up with those steps, we must allow 15 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for the package to show up. If it does not turn up within this time frame, we ask that you email email@example.com for further steps.
If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Lil Bee's Bohemian IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.
- If item arrives damaged, please send an email containing a photo of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org A customer service representative will assist further. A photo must be sent prior to returning to ensure a replacement item be sent out, otherwise store credit will be issued.
You will be notified immediately if an item is on backorder or any other means of being delayed and given an ETA on when you will receive it. If an item becomes discontinued while on backorder, you will receive an immediate refund. Although we make every attempt to have items available in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as backordered, indicating that the item is temporarily out of stock with a given availability date. These items are not available to ship immediately because we are in the process of securing additional inventory from our suppliers.
