Return Policy ~

  • Returns on NEW ITEMS will be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange for a different size/item. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. 
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchasing date. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
  • All "NEW" items must be returned in NEW condition.  This means items must be unworn, unwashed, odor & pet hair free, must not have deodorant, make up or food stains in order to be eligible for return/exchange. When returning shoes, please DO NOT return with tape & shipping labels stuck to the shoe box. The shoe box MUST BE returned in a mailing box or wrapped in paper. If any of the return items are found in the above conditions, we will return the item to you and you are required to pay the shipping. 
  • All "PRE-OWNED" items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return guidelines. Please see details of items & measurements listed. Please ask any questions on pre~owned items that you may have before purchasing. 
  • All "SALE" items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return guidelines.

 ***Returns take 3-5 to process once we receive them back & depending on your financial institution can take 7-10 to receive funds back to your account.

Shipping ~

Once retail orders are placed and paid in full, the items will be shipped in 5-7 business days unless otherwise notified. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to us and we will make arrangements to rush your items. 

If an order is shipped from Lil Bee's Bohemian LLC to an address that you as the customer provided is incorrect, you as the customer will be responsible. Lil Bee's Bohemian LLC WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer. Lil Bee's Bohemian WILL NOT assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. All packages sent out have tracking information provided. 

You will be notified immediately if an item is on backorder or any other means of being delayed and given an ETA on when you will receive it. If an item becomes discontinued while on backorder, you will receive an immediate refund. Although we make every attempt to have items available in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as backordered, indicating that the item is temporarily out of stock with a given availability date. These items are not available to ship immediately because we are in the process of securing additional inventory from our suppliers.
