Shipping & Returns
*Our office hours are 10am – 5pm Mon – Fri EST (excluding holidays). Please keep this in mind when you are expecting a response. We respond to all email requests within 24 hours of receipt.*
- All orders will be shipped in 24-48 business hours unless otherwise notified. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to us at below and we will make arrangements to rush your items.
- Lil Bee's Bohemian WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer and any additional shipping fees due to this will be the customer's responsibility.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to USPS here.
All packages sent out have GPS tracking information embedded in the barcode.
If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Lil Bee's Bohemian IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.
- We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our return policy.
- You will be notified immediately if an item is on backorder or any other means of being delayed and given an ETA on when you will receive it. If an item becomes discontinued while on backorder, you will receive an immediate refund. Although we make every attempt to have items available in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as backordered, indicating that the item is temporarily out of stock with a given availability date. These items are not available to ship immediately because we are in the process of securing additional inventory from our suppliers.
- If you are ordering a PREORDER item, it will state the estimated time of arrival on our website. Sometimes our vendors give us an estimated date & the items get delayed. If this happens we will reach out to you immediately to give you an updated ETA on the items arrival.
- For INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ~ Lil Bee's Bohemian LLC is not aware of what your countries Tariff/Customs Charges are. This is something you should know if you are buying internationally. We are not responsible for the extra Customs Charges your country charges you to get goods sent to you in your country. We are a USA Based company that pays USPS shipping charges to ship outside of the USA.
- If item arrives damaged, please send an email containing a photo of the damaged item within 3 business days of receipt to email@example.com A customer service representative will assist further. A photo must be sent prior to returning to ensure a replacement item be sent out, otherwise store credit will be issued.
- Returns on clothing, shoes, jewelry & accessories WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE for a STORE CREDIT. We do not offer exchanges or refunds!
- All "SALE" items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return guidelines. This includes our Lil Bee's Clothing Style Boxes!
- Store credits will be issued to the email address you provided at checkout. Store credits will be in the form of a one time use discount code that can't be combined with any other discount codes for your returned item(s) once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received at our distribution center. Lil Bee's Bohemian does not credit original shipping charges. **If you received free shipping on your order, shipping charges for your item will be deducted from the total returned amount. This means your store credit amount will be less the shipping amount we paid to get your original order shipped to you.**
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- All items must be returned in NEW condition. This means items must be unworn, unwashed, odor & pet hair free, must not have deodorant, make up or food stains in order to be eligible for store credit. When returning shoes, please DO NOT return with tape & shipping labels stuck to the actual shoe box. The shoe box MUST BE returned in a mailing box or wrapped in paper. If any of the return items are found in the above conditions, we will return the item to you and you are required to pay the shipping.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance before returning.
- If you used SEZZLE to pay for your order & return your items, you will still be responsible for making your SEZZLE payments. We are NOT AUTHORIZED to make changes or cancel SEZZLE payments, as SEZZLE is only a service we provide to you. SEZZLE is an entirely separate company that you have gone in to an agreement with.
