Preorders/ Backorders & Cancellations

We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it! 

Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order including, but not limited to:

  • Canceling your order or specific items
  • Changing your billing or shipping address
  • Changing payment method
  • Changing shipping method
  • Changing color/size of items(s)
  • Addition or removal of item(s)
  • Changing or adding a discount code
  • Addition or removal of a gift card

For whatever reason if you would no longer wish to keep your order, you are able to return your order for a store credit after it has been delivered.

 

Preorders/ Backorders

We occasionally have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our warehouse, that has sold out and is being restocked or is a made to order item still in production. You can order these items to reserve your favorite color or size. We'll ship it to you when supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for preorder/backordered merchandise is listed on the product page and in your Shopping Bag during checkout. We will contact you via email if the item's replenishment date changes or the item cannot be fulfilled for any reason. Preorder/backordered items cannot be expedited and will ship with Standard Shipping once they arrive at our warehouse. You'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on the way.

Dan Post/Dingo Boots are made to order boots with a preorder date subject to change. If you preorder a pair of these boots & decide to cancel the order you will receive a store credit. We do not offer refunds due to production date changes. 

We only offer Store Credits for qualified returned items. All SALE items are FINAL SALE.
