What items are considered FINAL SALE & cannot be returned?

All items ending marked/specific on the website as "final sale" may not be returned. This also applies to items discounted using promotional codes with a "final sale" disclaimer.

Earrings, beauty products, custom graphics, deny designs, made to order items, and gift cards are considered "final sale" and may not be returned. 

*All other full-price jewelry items purchased online must be returned unworn and in their original bag.

Please wear undergarments when trying on bodysuits. Bodysuits may be returned as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. 

Lil Bee's Bohemian reserves the right to refuse returns. All Final Sales items returned to us will assess a 20% restocking fee, and refunded in the form of store credit.  

Can I cancel my order?

We know you want your order fast. Who wouldn't, right? To ensure that you receive your items as soon as possible, we start processing an order as soon as it's received. This means that we are unable to modify your order including: 

  • Canceling the order or specific item(s) in the order
  • Changing your billing or shipping address
  • Changing the payment method
  • Applying a gift card or store credit
  • Adding or removing an item(s)
  • Updating the size or color of an item(s)
  • Price adjustments
  • Retroactively applying a discount or promotional code

I received a damaged/defective item. What should I do?

Damaged/defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. 

Please send an email to orders@lilbeesbohemian.com, and our team will be happy to assist with next steps. 

I received a delivery notification email but I do not have my package. What should I do?

Some carriers mark packages as "delivered" before they are actually dropped off. We recommend waiting 48 hours to confirm if your package has arrived, and also check with any family members or neighbors who may have received the package on your behalf. 

If you are still unable to locate your order, please reach out to us at orders@lilbeesbohemian.com within 10 days of the delivery date, and our team will be happy to assist with next steps.

Please note that Lil Bee's Bohemian is not responsible for stolen or lost packages if the carrier determines that the order was delivered correctly.

We do order ROUTE Protection at check out, this will help protect your shipment & allow you to file a claim if your package is missing or stolen.
